Why can I limit the group of people for additional approval?

Images with minors require special care. Therefore, the photographer can offer additional approval only for adults or also for minors, provided the necessary custody or representation authority is clearly established. For example, if the photographer is only interested in image rights for pictures with adults within a collection, there is no need to undergo the more extensive minor/custodian verification, thus simplifying the process.
